Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed on everday
  • During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

We may also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotions or when a minimum purchase amount is met.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

The Purchase Now is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because:

  • The address provided was incorrect,
  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful, or
  • The package was refused,

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if not received).
  • Include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless stated otherwise.


Order Changes and Cancellations
