Returns

You may request a return within 1 week of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Products marked as Final Sale, gift cards, or downloadable digital products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
